The Motherhood series consists of two realizations, one of them has several versions - it is a sculpture with hands on which a baby rests. Both bronze sculptures can be seen in the Sculpture Garden (Open Hands, Figure with Child). They were created in the first half of the 1960s and were inspired by the birth of Filip's son.
